Legal Writing and Contract Drafting seminars on the 15th and 16th December in Dubai

We will run a Legal Writing seminar on the morning of 15^th December carrying 4 CLPD points followed by a Contract Drafting seminar on the morning of 16th December also carrying 4 CLPD points. These training sessions will enable participants to improve their general legal writing ability and to learn the necessary skills of writing clear, concise contracts which achieve their objectives. The speakers are all highly experienced British lawyer-linguists used to the multicultural, international flavour of modern business. The training includes the essential skill of producing clear, concise legal texts and writing binding obligations. We will cover planning and structuring legal texts, arguments and contracts which involve explaining complex legal ideas in plain, easy-to-understand English, paragraph by paragraph and clause by clause. The seminars include practical knowledge needed by lawyers working in international commerce, and include best practices and exercises to cement the new information and techniques.
