The course covers the law of 15 essential areas of Oil and Gas Law, together with the legal English terms and phrases needed to work in this important legal area.

A new online study group will start the 15 lesson Contract and Legal Document Drafting Course on Wednesday 8^th May. The course will cover the essential skills of writing clear contracts and formal documents, explaining essential legal vocabulary and the use and legal effect of basic contract clauses, including covenants, indemnities, warranties, and guarantees. The meaning and use of many specific, technical clauses are also covered, including Liquidated Damages, Termination, Confidentiality, and many boiler-plate clauses. The course also covers SAAS contracts and SLA agreements, and considers the future impact of Block chain technology and 'smart contracts'.

We are pleased to announce that we have a new free short introductory course of legal English vocabulary in 10 lessons of around 10 minutes each. The lessons are recorded so that you can watch them whenever it is convenient for you.

The course provides examples of legal vocabulary and phrases and emphasises the correct use and pronunciation of the vocabulary, and give the legal meaning of the words and phrases shown in the lessons.

We are delighted to announce the opening of our first training centre in South America with partners Britannia UK  headed by Mr Mauro Ulloa in the capital city, Santiago.

This allows us to run regular live lessons and training events for lawyers in Chile and neighbouring countries, and to promote our live broadcasts from our trainers in other countries.
