 Andrew has spent more than 30 years as an international trainer, advisor and practitioner.

He has worked with hundreds of global and local organisations, including FTSE Top 10 companies and the UK Central Government. He has a real-world depth and breadth of experience is a variety of sectors including Central Government and Public Sector, oil and gas, metals and mining, utilities, agriculture, big pharma, financial services, logistics and manufacturing. A recognised and respected expert in corporate governance, including the Combined Code, COSO, OECD guidelines (Principles of Corporate Governance, Corporate Governance for SOEs, Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises) and the Three Lines of Defence model (including organising this in multiple contexts e.g. commercial and Not-for-Profit organisations, government institutions, SOEs, NGOs and associations).

Andrew is also an authority on a wide range of supporting business-related disciplines, including risk management, internal controls and compliance, Internal Audit, business strategy development and implementation, change and project management, innovation and continuous improvement, business continuity management, disaster recovery, information and cyber security management, digital, data and technology function effectiveness.
