3 NEW ON-LINE GROUPS – STARTING on Week beginning 9th Nov. 2020

New on-line study groups for our three popular courses - Contract and Legal Document Drafting, and Legal English, Contract Law - will start in the Week beginning 9th November 2020. Choose the most interesting for you and book by 1st November to get a discount.

 

1. A new online study group will start the 15 lesson Contract and Legal Document Drafting Course on Monday 9th November at 5:00 PM (UK time).

The course will cover the essential skills of writing clear contracts and formal documents, explaining essential legal vocabulary and the use, and legal effects, of basic contract clauses. Many specific, technical clauses are also covered, including Liquidated Damages, Termination, and Confidentiality clauses. The course also covers SAAS contracts, SLA agreements, and 'smart contracts'. Participants will be trained in the best practices for structuring commercial contracts and writing individual clauses that are both understandable and achieve their objectives.

2. A new online study group will start the 15 lesson Legal English Course on Monday 9th November at 6:30 PM (UK time).

The course teaches legal English, plus essential legal soft skills to deal with clients and perform standard legal work. Participants will improve their legal vocabulary, legal knowledge and spoken legal English.

The course is for lawyers and law students wishing to improve their legal English skills, for use in their work and studies.

3. A new online study group will start the 15 lesson Contract Law Course on Tuesday 10th November at 5:00 PM (UK time).

This course covers the law and vocabulary of contract. The lessons cover all aspects of contract law from negotiation and formation through to completion, including breaches, remedies, agency, and contract interpretation. The course covers practical contract law questions which lawyers deal with in real-life scenarios.
