conducted for us a few weeks ago in Cairo on 'Contract Drafting'.
I have now had an opportunity to review the evaluation forms in detail and
they all confirm the very positive feedback we got verbally. The grading

Negotiation skills for lawyers,
The workshop "Negotiation skills for lawyers" is a very full training session for practicing lawyers and law students. It will improve their ability, skill and understanding of how to negotiate effectively and successfully in English with international lawyers from different jurisdictions. The workshop will deal with vocabulary, tactics, cultural differences and other important points required to achieve the objective. The speakers are all practicing lawyers who are also lawyer/linguists.
Outline of the seminar:
Participants will gain experience and understanding and practice in preparing for and conducting successful negotiations in English. The training will include the language of negotiation, preparation of the negotiation position, win-win scenarios, effective use of body language plus recording and confirming the deal.
